This is a most beautiful handmade carpet. It is from the city of Qom and it is made out of silk. It is 2.03 by 1.33 meters. It is spellbinding in its beauty. The eye is drawn to the central medallion that is rosette in shape. The central medallion has top and bottom, a pendant or a drop that is in keeping with the overall design and shape of the carpet, allowing for a sense of balance and harmony and proportion.
