Return Policy

A return for the rugs bought from this website may be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
After that, the rug maybe exchanged at any of Persian Carpet Gallery stores across Australia, indefinitely, with an item of identical or greater value, provided the rug is in intact, clean and saleable condition. Persian Carpet Gallery retains the right to refuse the exchange if the rug is in any way damaged, as judged by Persian Carpet Gallery experts.

Fees

Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost.
Items must be returned in the condition received - the rugs are photographed at the store/warehouse prior to delivery and must be returned in the exact same condition. Otherwise, Persian Carpet Gallery may refuse the return.
Items must be returned via Post or recognized courier services within Australia and you must notify us in advance and provide us with the tracking number by calling 1 800 2000 28.
Any international customs duties and taxes will not be refunded, and returns of customized or made to order items are at the seller’s discretion.
