• A return for the rugs bought from this website may be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
• After that, the rug maybe exchanged at any of Persian Carpet Gallery stores across Australia, indefinitely, with an item of identical or greater value, provided the rug is in intact, clean and saleable condition. Persian Carpet Gallery retains the right to refuse the exchange if the rug is in any way damaged, as judged by Persian Carpet Gallery experts.
